By Tabo Spice
Have you ever been in a problem when you are trying to transfer large file size into your USB Drive and your unable, because it says " Not Enough Memory " even though the USB has enough space to transfer. Then this Tutorial is right for you. In this tutorial we'll go through the things we need and things we shouldn't be playing withand the things that should help us but don't.
Let's get started.
First things first:
1. Problems That Occur:
Well, Fat32 File Systems limit file size to something around 4 gigs. Which means you can only transfer files up to the size of 4 gigs. And you might be trying too many times to transfer it again and again, please avoid that, you might even be trying to format it using the windows format tool but you will need to solve it the way I teach in this HubPage.
2. Soltuion:
Formatting NTFS file system with windows format tool will not help, it will certainly tell you " Windows was unable to format "..
Well it's not as tough to solve,
You'll need Magic Partition to solve this,
You can download that----- https://rapidshare.com/files/3154486586/Partitioner.exe
After you download and install it, Open the application (I presume you have installed it correctly). Now when you open the Application you will see a list of drives that are available in your computer, Right Click on your USB Drive and select " Format Partition " then a new windows opens up in that one keep everything as it is except for the File System, change it to NTFS if already FAT32 is chosen. Click "Okay" or "Next" and let it get done. Close that window after completion and hit APPLY on top left corner. And it will format your drive and HERE YOU GO! It's done you have successfully converted to NTFS system. Now you can without any hesitations transfer files of any size up till your Drive can hold.
